Tracey is a licensed Tampa real estate agent, Co-founder, and certified  Tampa Military Relocation Professional. She is a former U.S Army veteran and nurse who has lived her life in service of others.  Tracey provides exclusive representation for both buyers and sellers, ensuring her clients receive personalized attention tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

Born and raised in Saint Lucia, she relocated to Tampa in 2006 and has since established herself as a leading real estate professional. With a commitment to excellence in every aspect of her service, She has a keen eye for detail and uses expert negotiation skills, top-quality photography, staging, and videography to help her clients' properties stand out in a competitive market.

Tracey's dedication to serving others extends beyond the workplace. When she's not selling homes, she enjoys creating memories with her husband who is a Real Estate Broker, and four children. Her passion for family, coupled with her commitment to service, has driven her success in the real estate industry.

Brandon Green is a seasoned real estate professional and the co-founder of Pitons International Group. As a licensed Broker Associate and Commercial Advisor, Brandon brings over a decade of real estate expertise, guiding clients through strategic property decisions with clarity, confidence, and results.

Being a Florida native, Brandon understands the unique dynamics of the Sunshine State’s real estate landscape. After relocating to the Tampa–Riverview area in 2014, he quickly recognized the need for trusted, localized guidance to help others make seamless transitions into one of the state’s fastest-growing regions. His personal experience with relocation adds an empathetic, hands-on approach to every client interaction—whether they're moving across the country or across town.

With a strong foundation in residential relocation and commercial investment, Brandon has built a reputation for delivering tailored solutions to out-of-state buyers, investors, and growing businesses. His background spans everything from market analysis and deal structuring to negotiation and asset positioning—making him a trusted resource for clients navigating complex real estate moves.

Karen is a dedicated real estate developer who brings expert negotiation, market knowledge, and exceptional client service to every transaction. With a background in human resources / hospitality and a Master's degree in education, she combines strategic thinking with a client-first approach to make buying or selling seamless. 

Also, having experience with relocating to Tampa from Dominican Republic, Karen is fluent in English and Spanish. Karen specializes in helping buyers, sellers, and relocating families navigate the Tampa Bay market with confidence. Whether securing the best deal for her buyers or maximizing returns for her sellers, she is committed to delivering results.
